our income. Anywhere on the globe, we can monitor our account and especially
the activities and performance of our downlines or members of the team.

DIRECT REFERRAL BONUS or also known as SPONSOR’S BONUS.
The sponsor is the one who have directly recruited the other person.
For every person who registered under you as sponsor, you are entitled to a referral bonus of PHP1,000. This will automatically be credited to your account upon completing the registration process of your new recruit or pay-in.
Important Notes:
1. Merely to invite people into the business seminar does not entitle you to sponsor’s bonus of PHP1,000. Only when your invite has paid the worth of the Global Package PHP 12,980 and is duly encoded in our Data Tracking Center that you could earn the Direct Referral Bonus of PHP1,000.
So, the more invites you have and they paid for the package, the more PHP1,000 you will earn. Network Marketing is a NUMBERS GAME.
Example:
What if, you have invited 10 in a month and all registered?
So, you have 10 x PHP1,000 = PHP10,000.
What if, you have invited 50 in a month and all registered?
So, you have 50 X 1,000 = PHP50,000.
2. There will be a TECHNICAL TRAINING at our Branch Office as to how to encode your new downlines or pay-ins. However, for new distributors we advise them to let their uplines do the encoding for them. Why? As a matter of Company policy, any error or mistake in the placement of your new pay-in in your genealogy cannot be corrected anymore.
PAIRING SALES OR MATCHED SALES BONUS.
We employ the BINARY system of recruitment. You may form LEFT and RIGHT sales force.
Every time there is a PAIR, you will get a MATCHING BONUS of PHP2,000.

Salient Features (3RD Way of Earning)
1. Pairing or Matching
Bonus of PHP2,000 is from your first level of recruits up to infinity
regardless of structure.
(You are paid even....)
2. Pairing
or Matching Bonus can be earned through these matching schemes:
A. Person to Person;
B. Person to Products; &
C. Products to Products.
Each person who registers under your team is assigned 1,200
points, and the products your downlines have purchased are assigned also with
points. The moment the points accumulate
to 1,200, it will match and you will earn PHP2,000.
3. Every 5th
Pairing or Matching Bonus entitles the Distributor to a Gift Cheque (GC) for
products instead of cash to maintain product sales.
4. Our
potential income for pairing bonus every day is PHP32,000 as we are allowed
only to 16 pairs a day (16 pairs x 2,000 = PHP 32,000). More than 16 constitutes
“FLUSH-OUT” and it will be an income of the company. This is the company’s
safety net; the way to earn income. The
sixteen (16) matched sales per day are divided into two (2) time intervals or
cycles with 8 matched sales per cycle.
16 Matched Sales per Day = (8 Matched Sales per Cycle) x (2
cycles per day)
1st Cycle : 12:00 am - 11:59am
2nd Cycle : 12:00pm - 11:59pm
Important Notes:
The income you earn in #2 Sponsor’s Bonus and in #3 Pairing
Bonus are income you earn out of your new recruits or newly sponsored people
who joined into your team. And you will
be paid DAILY on that from Monday to Sunday once there are encodings.
However, income you will earn in #4, 5 & 6 are income
you will earn out of the PRODUCT MOVEMENT or purchases you yourselves have made
or your downlines. And you will paid by
the Company in a MONTHLY BASIS. This is
now what we call PASSIVE INCOME.
UNILEVEL SALES.
This incentive refers to product movement and can be earned
monthly. Every time a distributor under
you from the first level up to the 10th level purchases a product, you are
entitled to a 5% unilevel incentive.
How to compute the 5% unilevel incentive?
Each product is assigned with product commission points upon
which the 5% unilevel incentive is taken.
Example:
the commission points (given by the Company) of
C24/7 Natura-ceuticals is
250 x .05 = PHP12.50 is the unilevel incentive per
box you will earn.
Granted you have 2,000 people under your team and each buys
2 boxes of C24/7 per month, so you have
a unilevel sales for the month amounting to PHP50,000.
For your direct (the one you have sponsored), you are given
additional 5% unilevel incentive as sponsor; making your total unilevel
incentive into 10% ( 5% as sponsor and 5% as placement).
The special feature of this scheme is the Dynamic
Compression. This mechanism ensures that qualified Distributors will earn
bonuses on all 10 levels without breakage to the inactive or non-performing
Distributors within the earning levels. If among the 10 levels, one (1) level
is inactive, the latter will not be counted as a level. Instead, the eleventh
(11th) level will take the place of the tenth (10th) level, and so on.
STAIR STEP
(Overriding Commission)
Aside from the unilevel sales, a distributor will get an
overriding commission once his or her RANK OR POSITION is promoted. Hence, for
every rank/position there is a corresponding overriding commission assigned and
requirements.

How “Group Positional Points” is earned?
Each product has positional points. For example, C24/7 has a positional point of
.2. If your group has purchased 50 boxes of C24/7, you will earn 10 points and
thus your position is promoted to Silver Executive (50 boxes x .2 = 10 points).
How “Overriding Commission” is computed?
As Silver Executive, you have an overriding commission of
10%. If your downline for example
purchased 1 box of C24/7, you have an overriding or additional commission of
PHP25 taken from 250 commission points x 10%.
Salient Features:
No Quota. You are not
given a monthly quota of sales of products in order to get your Unilevel &
Stairstep Income.
There is just what we call MAINTENANCE which encourages you
(not obliges you) to buy at least 2 boxes of Complete phyto-energizer per month
or its other product equivalent .3336 points in order to get your Unilevel
& Stairstep Income.
No Time Frame. There
is no timeframe set for you to get the Position you desire for. It is up to your working frame.
No Reversion. No Demotion.
All points are accumulated. In
